You will benefit from valuable presentations by our LR sales team and top speakers from the structures. In addition, you will get an insight behind the scenes of our Aloe Vera production in Ahlen. The JTL Academy will give you all the tools you need to achieve your next career goal: Qualifying as an Organ Manager.

Organisation Leader Academy

Wow! You have successfully qualified as an Organisation Leader and taken a hugely important step in your career and towards independence. You have proven that you have made the most of your potential and developed into a real leader. To optimally prepare you for your future path and your tasks as an LR manager, we organise our Organisation Leader Academy twice a year. Here you can not only look forward to exclusive workshops with lots of useful input and a concentrated load of motivation, but also enjoy the unique flair of selected cultural cities. As the Organisation Leader level is a real milestone in your career, the Organisation Leader Academy always takes place in one of Germany's most beautiful cities. In addition to exciting and instructive content, you will also gain an insight into what it means to be an LR Organisation Leader and the exclusivity and privileges associated with it. You will also get to know the role and tasks of a manager and lay the foundations for a full-time career with the Silver Organ Manager level.
